Our business, Utareshwar Real-Estate, is based in Berhampur, Orissa. We are located in the Ankoli area, specifically on Nigam Nagar Main Road. The office is at the address of Sadhana Patro. Being on a main road means it is always busy outside. You have the constant sound of horns and people shouting, which is just part of life in Berhampur. The office is a simple place where we meet people to talk about land and property. We don't have any of those glossy brochures or fancy computer simulations. We mostly just use paper maps and our own knowledge of the local area to help people. The walls are covered with some old notices and maybe a map of the district. It gets quite hot and humid here in Ganjam, so the ceiling fan is always spinning as fast as it can go. Sometimes people just drop by for a chat or to ask about a piece of land they saw. It’s a very face-to-face kind of business. We don't use any complicated jargon or sales tactics. We just tell people what we know and try to help them out. The office might feel a bit cluttered with all the ledgers and documents, but we know where everything is. It’s a small, local operation, and we like it that way. There is no corporate polish here, just honest talk and a lot of tea being drunk throughout the day.
