Ganjam Property.in is located on Sbi Road in the Gatebazar area of Berhampur, Orissa. We are right in front of the Municipal Gym, so we see a lot of people heading in for their workouts while we are sitting at our desks. Berhampur is a lively city, and Gatebazar is always buzzing with activity. Our office is right there in the thick of it. We spend our days looking at property details and talking to people about what they are looking for. It is a small setup, nothing too fancy. The traffic on Sbi Road can be a bit much in the afternoons, but that is part of being in a central spot. We have a few chairs for visitors and a couple of desks that are usually covered in maps or notes. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency out there, just trying to be helpful to the locals. It is a bit dusty sometimes with the windows open, but we like the fresh air. The Municipal Gym is a great landmark for us. If you can find the gym, you’ve found us. We just keep things simple and try to be honest about what we know. There are no scripted sales pitches here. We just have conversations and try to get things sorted for the people who walk through our door. That’s our daily routine here in Berhampur.
