Customer Relation Manager

I’m working out of Berhampur, specifically at Gurumurthi Pentha. The address is under Ms. Jyostna Manjari Mohanty, care of Mr. Lokanath Sahu. It’s a local place in the Panigrahi Pentha area. My role as a Customer Relation Manager here is mostly about managing the relationships and talking to people who have questions or problems. It’s not a big corporate office with glass walls. It’s more of a traditional setup in a local neighborhood. I spend most of my time on the phone or writing back to people. Berhampur is a place where everyone kind of knows where things are, so people just drop by sometimes. It can get a bit noisy outside with the local traffic and the daily life of the Pentha. I try to keep everything organized, but with so many different requests coming in, my desk usually has a few piles of paper on it. I’ve lived around here for a while, so it feels natural to work from this spot. We don’t have a big marketing department or anything. It’s just me and the work that needs to be done for the customers. I try to be helpful and give clear answers. Sometimes the power goes out and I have to wait to get back online, but that’s just how it is here. It’s honest work and I stay busy from morning until evening. I keep a log of everything in my notebook because the computer isn't always reliable when the rain is heavy.
