We operate Z S A G Exports Pvt Ltd from unit 103 in the Akshaya Residency in Nagawara. It’s actually a residential building, so it doesn't look like a typical business office from the outside. We use one of the ground floor spaces. It's quiet for the most part, except when the kids are coming home from school. Inside, we have our computers set up on some simple wooden tables. There are boxes of documents stacked against the walls because we have a lot of files to keep track of. Nagawara is a growing area, and there's always new construction happening down the street. We like it here because it’s not as chaotic as the main city center. Our day is mostly spent on the phone or emailing people about shipments. We don't have any fancy signage, just a small nameplate so people know they’ve found the right door. It feels more like a home than an office, which suits us just fine. We have a small stove in the back to make tea and coffee. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow, which can be frustrating when we have work to do, but we manage. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a polished corporate look. We just want to do our job well and keep the business running. It’s a small team, and we all know what needs to be done.
