Evgreen

Peenya is always busy. Our place, Evgreen, is tucked away in 12th Main at Kempamma Layout. It is part of the 3rd Stage in Lakshmidevinagar. Most days start early here because the traffic in this part of town gets heavy fast. We spend a lot of our time dealing with the usual stuff you’d expect at a place like this. The building at No. 5 isn't anything fancy, just a practical space where we can get things done. Sometimes the power goes out, or the delivery truck gets stuck in the narrow lane, but we just deal with it. People around here know us by name, which is nice. It’s not a big corporate setup. It is just a few of us making sure things move along. We’ve been in this layout for a while now. You get used to the sounds of the neighborhood and the specific way the light hits the street in the afternoon. It is mostly about keeping up with the work and making sure we don’t fall behind on what needs finishing. The address is a bit of a mouthful if you’re telling someone over the phone. You have to explain where Kempamma Layout is compared to the main Peenya roads. But once people find us, they usually remember the way back. We just focus on the daily tasks. It’s a lot of manual work and checking lists. Not much time for sitting around.
