M K Interior Point

M K Interior Point is sitting right there at Shop No. 3 on the Yelahanka Main Road. If you know the M S Palya area or the way to Vidyaranyapura Post, you probably passed us. The shop isn't some giant air-conditioned hall with fancy lights. It is a place where we keep the wood samples, the laminates, and all the hardware stuff. There is usually a bit of sawdust on the floor because that is just how it goes when you are working on interiors. People from around the neighborhood come in with their rough drawings on pieces of paper. We look at them and try to figure out how many sheets of plywood are needed or what kind of hinges would work for their kitchen cabinets. It gets pretty busy in the afternoons when the sun hits the front of the shop. We have been here for a bit now, just handling the day-to-day work. Sometimes the deliveries are late because the road gets packed with traffic near the post office. We just stay here and keep the ledger updated. It is practical work. We don't spend money on big ads or anything like that. The neighbors know where we are. We just focus on getting the measurements right so things fit when they get to the customer's house. It’s just us three working most days, making sure the orders are stacked correctly in the back of the shop.
