Mak Plywood Industries Pvt. Ltd. has its office right on St. Marks Road. We are in a building called The Presidency, at number 1, specifically Unit No. 1/8. Being on St. Marks Road means we are right in the heart of the city, so it’s always busy outside. St. Marks Road has a lot of shops and restaurants, which means there’s a lot of energy around the place. Our office unit is fairly simple and doesn't have any of the modern glass-and-chrome styling you see in the newer tech parks. It’s a solid, older building that has been around for a long time. We’ve been operating from this unit for many years now. Inside, it’s mostly desks piled with paperwork and samples of the plywood we deal with. It’s a functional space where we handle the administration, the billing, and the meetings with our suppliers. We don't have a big reception area or any promotional displays. It’s just a place to do business. The traffic on St. Marks Road can be quite loud, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We are a small team and everyone knows their job. We don’t go in for fancy titles or corporate culture. We just make sure the orders are moving and the business is running as it should. It’s a very grounded, practical office. Being central makes it easy for our partners to stop by, even if the parking is difficult. We just handle the logs and move on.
