Our place is Yaskawa India Pvt. Ltd., located at 17/A, 2nd Main Road, Electronics City Phase 1. Being in Electronic City means there are a lot of big buildings and tech companies around us. Our spot is a bit more grounded. We have a decent space where we handle the daily operations. It’s not about having a glossy image for us. We just have a regular office and some space for the technical work. The commute into Phase 1 can be a bit of a headache with the traffic, but once we’re inside, it’s just quiet work. We have a mix of people, some who are very tech-minded and others who just handle the paperwork and the moving of things. We don't use much corporate speak here. If something is broken, we fix it. If a task is due, we finish it. We don't really do the whole vision thing. We just focus on what’s on the table today. The building is functional and clean, but it feels like a place where real work happens, not just meetings. Sometimes we stay late when things are busy. The neighborhood is full of people doing similar things, so it feels like a good fit for us. We’ve been at this address for a while and have settled into a good rhythm. It’s just how we run things around here every day.
