If you head over to Peenya 2nd Stage and find 14th Cross in the Byraveshwara Industrial Estate, that’s where Yajamana Automation Technologies is located. We are at No.16, right in the middle of all the industrial action. Peenya is a huge place and it can be easy to get lost, but we’ve been at this spot long enough that we feel right at home. Our work is all about automation, which sounds high-tech, but our day-to-day is actually very hands-on. We spend a lot of time tinkering with components, wiring things up, and making sure systems actually do what they’re supposed to. The shop is full of wires, controllers, and half-finished projects. It’s not the neatest place you’ll ever see, but it’s where all the thinking and building happens. We aren't interested in sounding like a big corporation. We’re just a group of people who enjoy figuring out how to make things run by themselves. We don't have a receptionist or a fancy lobby. If you walk in, you’ll probably find us hunched over a workbench or testing a new setup. It’s honest work that keeps our brains busy. We take things as they come and try to help out anyone who walks through the door with a problem to solve. That is just how we do things here.
