Our place is at 31/3, tucked away behind Biocon Park Road over in Jigni, right near the Link Road. It’s a bit of a drive to get out here, but this is where all the industrial action happens. We work on precision parts, which basically means we spend a lot of time looking at small details and running machines. It isn't always glamorous work. The floor gets oily and the machines make a lot of noise, but it's what we do. We have a small crew here and everyone knows their job. We don't really do the whole corporate thing with meetings and fancy titles. We just show up, get the specs right, and try to stay on schedule. The area around Jigni is always changing, with new buildings going up all the time. Sometimes the traffic on the Link Road makes us late, which is frustrating, but we just make up for it by staying a bit longer. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there; we just want to make sure the parts we send out are decent. Most of our days are spent checking measurements and drinking coffee in the break room. It’s a quiet life of making things and keeping the machines maintained. We just stick to what we know and keep the shop running. It is a lot of work, but it feels good to see the finished pieces at the end of the shift.
