Yadava College

Yadava College is situated at No.12/2 in Madhavnagar, right on Yamunabai Road. It’s a relatively quiet pocket compared to some of the louder parts of the city. The road itself, Yamunabai Road, has some nice trees and it’s mostly residential houses around us. Our building is a modest one, tucked into the 12/2 plot. It’s got a few floors and we use every bit of the space we have. It’s not one of those sprawling campuses with massive gates and stadiums. It’s more of a local place where everyone knows each other’s names. In the mornings, you can see the staff and students trickling in from the nearby bus stops. We don’t have a lot of fancy decorations or high-tech glass facades. It’s just brick and mortar, and it serves us well. The rooms are simple, with enough space for everyone to sit and do their work. Sometimes it gets a bit warm in the afternoons, so we keep the windows open to catch whatever breeze comes through the trees in Madhavnagar. It’s a very grounded kind of place. We don't try to be something we aren't. We’re just a college in a quiet neighborhood, trying to keep things running smoothly day after day. It feels like a part of the local community here, and we like that the area isn't overwhelmed by too much commercial traffic yet. It's a decent spot.
