Amity University (Sr)

This place is located right on St. Johns Hospital Road in the 3rd Block area of Bangalore. If you walk past the hospital, you’ll see our building at number 372. It’s usually pretty loud around here with the traffic and the students moving between classes. We spend a lot of time at the desks or walking through the halls. The office feels lived-in, with stacks of papers and folders everywhere. It’s not the quietest spot in the city, but it has a specific rhythm to it. People are always asking for directions to the different rooms or looking for specific departments. We have a lot of windows that look out onto the street, so you can see the rain when it starts. The elevators are sometimes slow, so most of us just take the stairs if we’re only going up a floor or two. It’s a busy environment where things are always happening. There is a lot of talking in the corridors during the breaks. We have coffee nearby, which helps during the long afternoons. The front desk is usually the first thing people see when they come in from the main road. It stays active until late in the evening most days. It’s just how things are at this Bangalore location. We’ve gotten used to the noise and the constant movement of people coming through the doors. It feels like a small community inside a bigger city.
