Our spot is right by the Hyundai service compound on Lalbagh Road. It's a busy part of Sampangiram Nagar, especially being across from Sindhi Hospital. People often get lost finding us the first time because of all the gates and the traffic, but once you see the hospital, you’re basically there. We deal with cargo and shipping stuff all day. It’s mostly just making sure crates and boxes get where they need to be on time. The office is pretty basic and a bit cramped. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking lists on the computer. Sometimes the yard gets really crowded when big trucks pull in, which makes it a bit tight for space for everyone else. We’ve been in this neighborhood for a bit and seen it change quite a bit over the years. We aren't a giant corporation with hundreds of people, just a local team handling freight. It gets dusty and loud with the constant traffic on Lalbagh Road, but we are used to it by now. We try to keep things organized, though shipping schedules can be unpredictable sometimes. If a flight is delayed or a truck breaks down, everything shifts and we have to figure it out. That's just part of the business. We don't try to make it sound like more than it is. We just move cargo from one place to another and stay busy doing it from morning until we close up for the night.
