We are located at No. 30 N. R. Layout, up on the first floor in Konena Agrahara. If you know the area, it’s tucked away a bit from the main chaos, but still keeps us busy. Pota Global Logistics India Pvt. Ltd. is basically just a group of us sitting among stacks of shipping manifests and customs forms. The office has those old fluorescent lights that flicker sometimes if you don’t hit the switch just right. We spend a lot of our time coordinating with drivers and checking where the containers are. It’s a lot of back-and-forth on the phone. We’ve got a small balcony where we go to get a bit of air when the office feels too cramped. The furniture is a bit mismatched since we’ve added pieces one by one over the years. There’s a big map of the world pinned to the wall, but it’s starting to yellow at the edges. We aren't into the whole corporate culture thing; we just want to make sure the goods get from one place to another without too much trouble. Sometimes we have to deal with delays at the port, and those are the days we stay late drinking cold tea and staring at the computer. It’s just a regular logistics office where everyone knows their job and we just try to keep things moving.
