Xime

Our place is located in Phase II of Electronics City, right on Hosur Road in Bangalore. It’s a pretty big area with lots of companies around, but we’ve got our own spot at the Xavier Institute of Management & Entrepreneurship. People usually just call us Xime for short. The campus is a busy place, especially during the terms. We have people coming in from all over. It’s not just offices; there are classrooms and places for people to sit and talk about their projects. Bangalore traffic on Hosur Road can be a real headache, so we’re glad once we actually get inside the gates. The atmosphere is pretty focused, but it’s not stiff or overly formal. We’re just regular people trying to manage a big place. There’s always something that needs to be organized or a schedule that needs fixing. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just make sure the building is open, the lights are on, and the students have what they need. It’s a lot of work keeping up with everything in Electronics City, but we’ve been doing it for a while. We like the energy of the place. It’s a mix of being busy and just getting things done without making a big fuss about it. That’s just how we operate here, nothing more and nothing less.
