We are located out in Whitefield, in the Epip Zone of the Kiadb Industrial Area. It’s a bit of a trek to get out here if you are coming from the center of town, but the space allows us to handle a lot more than a small shop could. We focus on dental care services, which means we spend our time thinking about everything from the chairs patients sit in to the tools the dentists use. Being in an industrial zone, it’s not exactly a pretty area, but it's practical for moving large pieces of equipment in and out. The building is large and mostly filled with storage and service areas. We have a team that’s been doing this for a long time, so they know the technical side of dental equipment inside and out. It’s not about being fancy or having a high-end office; it’s about making sure the machines don’t fail when a patient is in the chair. We keep our heads down and focus on the technical tasks. The canteen nearby is where we usually grab lunch, and most of our conversations are just about the work at hand. We don’t go in for big speeches or polished presentations. We just run the service center and try to keep up with the demand from all the clinics. It’s a lot of lifting and fixing, but it keeps the day moving quickly.
