Mobile Concepts

Mobile Concepts is situated at 415 in the 1st Block of Rabrindranath Tagore Nagar. Most people just call it RT Nagar. Our shop is right on a busy stretch where there is a lot of foot traffic throughout the day. The front of the shop has a glass display that is usually a bit smudged from people leaning against it to look at what we have. Inside, it is bright because of the overhead tube lights, which sometimes flicker a little bit if the voltage is acting up. We have a couple of stools for people to sit on while they wait for us to look at their devices. The back room is where all the actual work happens, and it is usually a mess of tiny screws, screwdrivers, and half-opened gadgets. We try to keep things organized, but when it gets busy, that usually goes out the window. The smell of solder is pretty common in the air here. We get all sorts of people walking in, from students to older folks who are confused by their new phones. We just talk to them normally and try to figure out what the problem is. There is a bakery next door, so the smell of fresh bread often drifts in during the afternoon. It is a decent place to spend the day working.
