We've been over here in Ananda Nagar for a while now. Bangalore is a busy place, and being part of Volvo India means we see a lot of people coming through. It's not always easy keeping everything running, but that's just how work goes. The office is tucked away in a spot that most locals know. People sometimes ask what we do all day. Mostly, it's about getting things organized and making sure the equipment is where it needs to be. We aren't trying to be anything fancy. Sometimes the rain makes the road a bit messy outside, but we still show up and get to it. You might see us grabbing tea nearby in the afternoon. It's a regular workplace with regular people. We don't spend much time on big speeches or anything like that. We just focus on the task at hand. If you're walking around this part of town, you've probably passed by our gate. It's just a bunch of us working behind desks and out in the back. Some of us have been here since the start, and others are new, but we all just try to get the job done right. We don't do much of that flashy stuff you see in brochures. It’s just us doing what we’re supposed to do every day. We aren't perfect, and the office can be a bit cluttered, but the work is solid.
