Essere Automobile Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is based up on the 14F and 15F floors over at UB City on Vittal Mallya Road. Being in this building is quite something, but inside our office, it’s just us working on car-related stuff and managing the business. We spend a lot of time looking at screens and talking on the phone. The view from the windows is nice, though we usually have the blinds halfway down because of the sun. It’s a busy office, and there’s always someone running between the two floors to drop off files or check on a project. We don’t have any of those modern office games or anything, just desks and a small kitchen area where we eat lunch. Vittal Mallya Road is always packed with people, so getting in and out can take a bit of time. We’ve been here long enough that we know the security guards and the folks at the coffee shop downstairs. It’s a professional setting, but we keep things pretty casual among ourselves. We don't use big words or pretend to be something we aren't. At Essere Automobile Solutions Pvt. Ltd., we just try to solve the problems that come across our desks every day. It’s steady work and it keeps us busy from morning until evening. We like the rhythm of the place and how everything is organized around here. It gets a bit hectic around five o'clock but we manage.
