We are set up at Spl Plot No. 9 in the 1st Stage of Peenya Industrial Area. Specifically, we are on 3rd Main and 10th Cross, not far from TVS Cross. Peenya is a huge place, but once you find our corner, it's pretty quiet inside. Vollmer Technologies is where we handle a lot of technical work. It’s an industrial area, so there’s always the sound of trucks and other shops around us. We have been here long enough that we don't really notice the noise anymore. Our day starts early. We check the machines and look over the schedules. It is a lot of technical stuff that requires focus. We don't have a big reception area or fancy coffee machines for guests. We just have our workstations and the tools we need. Most of our guys have been doing this for years. They know the sounds the machines make when something is slightly off. We don't talk much about visions or anything like that. We just make sure the jobs get finished. Sometimes we stay late when a project is tricky. It’s just the way things are in Peenya. We like being near TVS Cross because it's a landmark people recognize. If you're looking for us, look for the plot number on the gate. We are usually in the back working on something. It's not a glamorous job, but it’s what we know how to do.
