Visakha Nirman

Visakha Nirman is based out of JP Nagar, specifically at 17th Cross and 14th Main, house number 125/6. This part of Bangalore is always changing, with new buildings going up and old ones being fixed. We’ve been part of that change for a while. Our office is a simple place where we keep our tools and our drawings. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll find fancy coffee machines or expensive rugs. Instead, there’s usually a bit of cement dust on the floor and some blueprints rolled up in the corner. We spend a lot of time out at different sites, so the office is often just a place to touch base and handle the bills. Being on the 17th Cross means we’re right in the middle of the local life. We hear the milkman in the morning and the traffic in the evening. Our team is small, and we’ve worked together for a long time, so we don't need to say much to get the job done. We just show up, see what needs to be built or repaired, and we do it. Sometimes the weather slows us down, or a delivery of bricks is late, and we just have to deal with it. It’s construction life, and it’s what we know. We don't make big promises, we just focus on the task at hand at 125/6.
