Virtual Clinic

Our setup is a bit different because we mostly work through the computer. We are based out of the 560029 area in Bangalore, which is where we handle all the behind-the-scenes stuff and the digital side of things. It’s not like a regular walk-in place where you see people sitting in a waiting room with old magazines. Instead, we spend a lot of time on calls and looking at screens to help people who can't make it out of the house or just don't have the time to sit in traffic. The office is mostly just desks, monitors, and a lot of wires. Sometimes the internet acts up, which is a real pain, but we usually get it sorted quickly. We started this because it seemed like everyone was struggling to get to appointments in the city. It’s much easier to just click a link. Even though we aren't seeing people in person, the day-to-day work is still pretty busy. We deal with a lot of questions about how to use the app or how to get the video working. It’s a small team here, just a few of us making sure everything runs without crashing. We try to keep it straightforward for everyone. Living in Bangalore, you know how hard it is to get anywhere, so being virtual just makes sense for a lot of people these days. We don't have a physical clinic for you to visit, but we are always here at our desks in the 560029 area keeping the system going.
