Jaikumar Ks Dr

Our spot is tucked away in Jayanagar 2nd Block at 261 A 2. It’s a pretty quiet neighborhood compared to some of the other parts of the city, which is nice when you’re trying to get work done. The building is one of those older ones that has a lot of character but maybe needs a fresh coat of paint here and there. Jaikumar Ks Dr is what you’ll see on the board outside. Inside, it’s mostly just a few chairs for people to sit on while they wait and a big wooden desk that’s seen better days. We don't have any of those fancy modern decorations you see in the big city offices. There’s a small plant in the corner that someone forgot to water last week, but it’s still hanging in there. Usually, the morning starts with opening up the windows to let some air in before the sun gets too high. We get a mix of people coming through the door, some from just down the street and others who have traveled a bit further to see us. The staff here is small, just a couple of us helping out and keeping things organized. We spend a lot of time on the phone or writing things down in the ledger. It’s a straightforward way of working without any of the complicated systems that just slow everyone down. It feels like a local place because it really is just a local place.
