Vikram Logistics (India) Pvt Ltd

Our office is in Lakshmi Arcade, up on the second floor. We are at 484 HSR Layout, which is very close to NIFT College. Because of the college, there are always students walking around and a lot of energy in the streets. We are Vikram Logistics, and our day is mostly about managing shipments and talking to drivers. The office isn't very big, and it can get a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time. We have a lot of files and ledgers because we like to keep a physical record of things alongside the computer stuff. Being on the second floor gives us a bit of a view of the street, but we’re usually too busy to look out the window. HSR Layout has grown so much, and the traffic near the arcade can be a bit of a headache during peak hours. We deal with a lot of local deliveries and some that go much further away. It’s a lot of coordination between different parties. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing for hours at a time. We don’t have any fancy lounge or anything; it’s just chairs, desks, and a water cooler. We take turns going out to get tea from the stall downstairs whenever we get a free minute. It’s a regular office job but with the added stress of making sure trucks arrive on time. We just try to keep everything moving without making too many mistakes and stay on top of the paperwork.
