We have our shop set up in Vivek Nagar within the MIDC Bhosari area in Puna. It is a busy industrial part of town, so there is always a lot of dust and noise around. We have been here for a long time selling and fixing various home appliances. If your mixer stops working or your stove is acting up, people usually bring them over to us. The shop isn't very large, and it is usually filled with boxes and spare parts. We don't have a fancy showroom with bright lights. It is more of a practical place where you come to get things sorted. Sometimes it takes a few days to get a specific part if it is an older model, but we do what we can. My brother and I run the place mostly. We aren't trying to be the biggest store in Puna, just a reliable one for the people living nearby in the 331 area. We also have some new items for sale if you are looking to replace something entirely. We don't do much in terms of advertising. Most of our customers are locals who have been coming to us for years. The floor is usually a bit messy with tools and wires, but we know where everything is. It is a honest business and we try to give people a fair price for the repairs. The tea stall next door is where we usually spend our lunch break talking to the neighbors.
