We are based at 2 Rajajinagar Industrial Estate, right on the 1st Main Road in the 5th Block. Our unit is part of a larger industrial area, so there’s always the sound of machinery and trucks in the background. We work on various electrical items and industrial products here. The space inside is mostly filled with workbenches, testing equipment, and boxes of components waiting to be assembled. It’s not a fancy place, and we don’t spend much time worrying about how it looks to outsiders. We’ve been in the 5th Block for a good number of years and have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. Our day-to-day work involves a lot of manual tasks, and sometimes the workshop gets a bit cramped when we have a big production run going on. We don’t have a marketing department; it’s just us doing the work on the floor. It can be quite hot in the summer with all the equipment running, but we just get through it. Sometimes we run into technical problems that take all day to figure out, and that’s just part of the job. We aren't interested in sounding corporate or anything like that. We just focus on putting together the electrical parts and getting them shipped out on time. It is repetitive and hard on the back, but it is what we do.
