Victoria Hospital

We are right here in the middle of City Market. If you know the area, you know how crowded it gets with the vendors and everyone rushing around. Victoria Hospital has been a part of this noise for a while now. It’s not a quiet place, but that’s just how it is when you’re situated where the people are. Most days, we are just keeping up with whoever walks through the door from the market stalls or the street outside. It isn’t some fancy building with glass walls. It’s a practical space. We see a lot of different things every day because the market never really stops. Our staff mostly just gets on with it. There is always someone needing something, whether it’s a small thing or something more serious. We don’t have much time for sitting around. The building itself is old and has seen a lot of traffic over the years. We try to keep things organized, but in City Market, there is always a bit of chaos. That is just the way the neighborhood works. People know us because we are right here. You don’t have to look hard to find us. It’s a busy life working in this part of town, but we are used to it by now. We just focus on the people coming in and try to help them get back to their day.
