We have our office on the 1st floor of Sai Nivas, right at 02/1 on 5th Cross in Bangalore. Being in the building business means we are usually covered in a bit of dust or carrying around rolls of blueprints. The office is often a mess of samples, tile pieces, and bits of wood from different projects we are working on. We aren't the type of people who spend all day sitting behind a desk in a suit. Most of the time, we are out at the construction sites making sure the bricks are being laid right and the cement is drying. When we are in the office, it’s usually to meet with someone about their house or to pay the workers. It’s a busy life and Bangalore is always growing, so there is no shortage of things to build. We’ve seen this city change so much from our spot on 5th Cross. It’s a lot of hard work and sometimes things don't go according to plan, like when the materials show up late or it rains for three days straight. But we just keep at it. We don't use big words or try to impress people with fancy offices. We just show them what we’ve built and let that speak for itself. It’s a simple way of doing business that has worked for us for a long time now. We enjoy being part of the growth here.
