Venus Courier & Cargo

You can find us over in Mathikere, specifically at No.44 on MS Ramaiah Road. We are right near Deepam Bar & Restaurant, which is a landmark most people in this area seem to know well. Venus Courier & Cargo has been operating out of this space for a good bit now. It’s a lively part of town, always a lot of students and workers walking past our door throughout the day. Working in courier and cargo means your day is never really predictable. One minute the shop is empty and the next we have a dozen people trying to ship stuff across the country all at once. We do our best to keep things moving. Our space isn't huge, but it is organized enough that we can find what we need when a customer comes in asking about their package. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years, more shops opening up and the traffic on MS Ramaiah Road getting a lot heavier than it used to be. It gets loud outside with all the honking and the buses passing by, but we’re used to it by now. We handle everything from small documents to larger crates that take a couple of us to lift into the trucks. It is hard work and sometimes the hours are longer than we expected, but it keeps us busy. We don't spend money on fancy uniforms or shiny office furniture because that’s not what really gets the job done at the end of the day.
