Venkateshwara Battery Centre

We've been at 827/A Mahalaxmi Puram 1st Main 2nd Stage for a while now. It's easy to find us since we're right near Modi Hospital. Mostly, we just handle batteries and power stuff for people in the neighborhood. It gets busy on the weekends but we manage. My brother and I run the place. We have all sorts of batteries piled up inside. Sometimes the delivery trucks block the road for a minute, but the neighbors are used to it. We don't have a big fancy office or anything. It’s just a practical shop where people come when their car won’t start or their UPS is acting up. We spend most of our time testing cells or charging things back up in the back room. The shop isn't that large but it fits everything we need. If you're walking from the hospital, just look for our sign. We usually open up early in the morning. It’s a bit dusty with all the lead and plastic around, but that’s just how it is with this kind of work. People know they can just drop in and ask a question. We don't really do the whole internet thing much. Most of our day is spent talking to folks who walk in off the street. It’s a steady kind of life here in Mahalaxmi Puram. We try to keep things simple and just get the job done so people can get back on the road. It isn't always perfect, but we do what we can.
