I’ve been running things here at Abhinash Nilaya for a while now. We’re located right on the first floor, which is 78/C in Banashankari 3rd Stage. It’s a decent spot, though finding parking around here can be a bit of a headache during the peak hours in the morning and evening. My name is Venkatesha K N and I spend most of my days right here in this office. The space isn't huge but it fits what we need to get through the daily work. People usually just drop by if they are in the neighborhood, though the stairs can be a bit steep for some. We've got the basic setup here, nothing too fancy or modern, just a desk, some chairs, and the usual paperwork piled up. Banashankari 3rd Stage is a busy area, lots of houses and small shops nearby, so there is always some noise from the street coming through the windows. I try to keep things organized, but sometimes the files just seem to multiply on their own. It’s a quiet enough place to work most of the time, except when the traffic gets heavy outside. We don't have a big sign outside or anything, so you have to look for the building name. I’ve lived and worked in this part of town for a long time, so I know most of the people who walk past every day. It’s just me and a couple of others here usually, just doing what needs to be done.
