You can find us at 83 Banashankari. It’s a simple address for Kotak Securities. We have been operating out of this spot for quite a while now. Banashankari is a huge area, but we’re settled in at number 83. The office itself is just a regular place with desks and computers. We don’t have any big, shiny decorations or corporate-style lounges. It’s just a room where people are focused on their screens and phones. People from the neighborhood drop by from time to time to ask questions or sort out their accounts. We don't use a lot of complicated language when we talk to them. We just try to be clear and get the job done. The street outside is usually busy with the usual Bangalore traffic and people going about their business. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a bit over the years, but our building stays the same. It’s a reliable place for us. We aren't looking to be the biggest or the flashiest office in town. We just want to make sure we’re here when people need to find us. It’s a practical setup, nothing more, nothing less. We like being in Banashankari because it has a bit of everything. There’s no need for fancy marketing or polished speeches. We just work at number 83 and keep things moving along as they should every day. It’s just our little corner of the city.
