Venik Tools

We’re over at 115 Kadugondanahalli in the Rajajinagar Industrial Town, on the 2nd Main Road. If you know the industrial town, you know it’s a lot of grease and metal. That’s our world. We deal with tools. All kinds of them. Hand tools, power tools, specialized bits for machines. The shop is full of shelves from floor to ceiling. It’s not always the easiest to find things if you don’t know our system, but we know where every single nut and bolt is kept. The floor is concrete and has some oil stains, which is normal for a tool shop. We spend our days helping mechanics and builders find exactly what they need for a job. Sometimes they bring in a broken part, and we try to find a match or something that works. It’s practical work. We don’t have a website that works very well, so people just come in or call the landline. The 2nd Main Road gets pretty crowded with delivery vans and bikes. We’ve been here for quite a while. The sign outside is a bit rusty and the paint is peeling, but everyone in the neighborhood knows Venik Tools. We aren't trying to be a big hardware chain with bright lights. We just provide the stuff that people need to build and fix things. It’s a simple life, surrounded by the smell of iron and cutting oil. We usually have some old newspapers on the counter.
