Our office and workshop are at No. 2, 3rd Cross in Govind Reddy Layout. We are situated near the Arekere Gate on Bannerghatta Road, which is a very busy part of town. The location is convenient but the traffic outside can be a real headache some days. Our space is divided between a small area for technical planning and the main floor where the actual work happens. Despite the long name, M &V Beyond Barriers Technology Pvt. Ltd. is just a group of people trying to solve technical problems. We don't have a corporate vibe here. The furniture is a bit mismatched and there are always wires or components sitting on the tables. We spend a lot of time troubleshooting and putting things together. It's not always a clean environment; things get messy when you're building stuff. We have a small kitchen area where we make tea and heat up our lunch. Most of our day is spent focusing on the projects we have in front of us. We don't really have a sales team. Usually, if someone wants something done, they just call us up or stop by the layout. We've been here for a while and the people in the area know us. It’s a practical place for those who like to build things. We just try to get the work out the door without making a big fuss about it.
