Varsha Industries

Our place, Varsha Industries, is located in the Pettechennappa Industrial Estate over on Magadi Main Road. If you are looking for us, we are at 111/2 in Kamakshi Palya. It’s a fairly busy industrial patch with lots of trucks moving in and out all day. We have been here for years, working in this same building. The floor is concrete and we have a few machines that make a fair bit of noise when they are running. We mostly handle small-scale manufacturing and processing. It is not the kind of place where you would wear a nice suit. We usually have grease on our hands and dust on our clothes. There is a small office area tucked in the front, but most of the action happens in the back. We keep a ledger to track everything because we haven't quite moved everything over to computers yet. It works for us. The tea guy comes around twice a day and that is usually when we take a short break. It’s steady work. We don't have a marketing department or anything like that. People just know we are here and they bring us their requirements. We do the work, pack it up, and send it out. It is a straightforward operation without any unnecessary fuss. We just keep the machines running and get the orders out on time.
