You can find us in Peenya, specifically at 133, 3rd Phase, 8th Main, 3rd Cross. If you know the area, you know it is mostly factories and workshops. Vaishnavi Industries fits right in. We have a modest setup where we do various types of manufacturing. The building is older and has that industrial feel to it. It is usually quite loud inside once the machines start running in the morning. We have a small team of workers who have been with us for a long time. They know exactly what they are doing. We don't have a fancy office for meetings. Usually, we just stand on the shop floor or sit at a small desk near the back. There is always a layer of dust on everything, but that is part of the job. We focus on getting the work done and making sure it is ready when we said it would be. Sometimes the weather gets very hot, and the tin roof makes the workshop feel like an oven, but we keep going. We have our tea breaks together outside in the shade of the building. It’s a very straightforward way to run a business. We don't have a website or a marketing team. Most of our work comes from people who have known us for years. We just show up every day, do the work, and then head home. It is honest and practical work.
