V Xpress Cargo

We are based out of 240-C in the Bommasandra Industrial Area. Our spot is inside the Vijay Motor Compound, which is a big area with plenty of trucks moving around all day long. Right across from us is the Mulberry Silk Company. You can always tell when they are busy by the number of vehicles parked out front. Our warehouse and office space is pretty basic. We have a lot of concrete floors and metal shelving because that’s what works for cargo. The air is often thick with the smell of diesel and dust from the industrial park, but we are used to it by now. The work here at V Xpress Cargo is mostly about loading and unloading, checking the crates, and making sure the drivers have their paperwork ready before they head out. We don’t have much in the way of air conditioning, just some big industrial fans that move the air around when it gets hot in the middle of the day. The compound stays busy until late in the evening. There isn't much shade around here, so we spend most of our time indoors or under the loading docks. We keep things pretty simple. There’s a small area where we have tea and talk about the schedule. It’s a hard-working environment where we just focus on the freight and the trucks coming through the gate. We aren't big on meetings, we just get the cargo moved and keep the logs updated as things come in.
