V Craft Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is on the first floor of the Earthen Latitute building in Nagavarpalaya. It’s in CV Raman Nagar, which is a decent area to be in. Our office isn't one of those massive glass buildings you see elsewhere. It’s a bit more modest. We have our desks set up and a few computers that stay on most of the time. The light comes in through the windows in the afternoon, and it’s actually a pretty quiet place to get things done. We spend most of our time on calls or staring at screens trying to solve whatever problem came up that morning. There’s a small kitchen area where we make coffee, and the smell usually drifts through the whole floor. We don’t have a big reception area or people in suits walking around. It’s just a small team of us trying to keep things moving. We go downstairs for lunch to the local spots nearby, and sometimes we talk about work, but usually we just talk about the traffic on the way in. The building itself is easy enough to find once you get into Nagavarpalaya. We like it here because it feels like a real neighborhood rather than a cold office park. We keep the paperwork in folders and try to stay on top of the emails, just like everyone else. It’s a steady routine from Monday to Friday. We usually turn the lights off around six and head home.
