Talk about the heat in Peenya. The noise of machines is constant here. We've been at 7th Cross for a while now. It's dusty but we get the metal cut right. Some days are long when the power goes out or a tool breaks unexpectedly. We just do CNC stuff. Nothing fancy. My brother and a couple of other guys handle the lathes and the milling work. People come in from the main road looking for specific parts. Sometimes we have tea outside just to get away from the sound for a bit. It’s a small place in the industrial area. We don't have a big office or a fancy reception. Just the machines and some grease on the floor. It's hard work but we keep at it day after day. 6th Main can get very crowded with trucks in the early morning. We try to finish the jobs as they come in. Sometimes people bring complicated drawings and we have to spend time figuring it out together. It’s just how it is here. You’ll find us near Kanakapura Main Road if you look for the blue gate. The machines run most of the day. We don't spend much time on the computer unless it's for the programming part. Mostly it's just making sure the cuts are clean and the measurements match up with the sketches. We’ve seen the area change over the years. More traffic now. We just stay busy with the work and keep going.
