Being located at Padma Complex in JP Nagar puts us right in the thick of things. Specifically, we are near the Anandji Kalyanjis Chawl area, which is a place with a lot of history and a lot of people always moving around. Our office for Utthunga Technologies is where the team gathers every morning. It’s a typical workspace with rows of monitors and wires everywhere. Tech work can be pretty quiet most of the time, just the sound of typing and the hum of the air conditioner trying to keep up with the heat outside. We have our routines, like the mid-morning break where we talk about everything except work. The building itself is busy, and you can always hear the sounds of the city coming through the walls. It isn't a silent library atmosphere here; it’s a living, breathing office. We don’t go in for those big motivational posters or anything like that. We just focus on the tasks we have for the day and try to get through our lists. Some days are longer than others, especially when we are trying to figure out a tricky problem. We’ve got a mix of people here, some who have been with us since the start and some newer faces. It’s a practical environment where the main goal is just to do what we are supposed to do and then head home to our families.
