Utopia Interiors & Architect

Our studio is at 466 on 9th Main, right off the 80 Feet Road in HAL 3rd Stage. Indiranagar is a very busy place to be, so there’s always something happening right outside our windows. We do interior work and various architectural stuff for local homes and offices. Our space is filled with sketches, material samples, and half-finished models made of cardboard. It’s a bit of a creative mess most of the time, with papers everywhere. We don't have a receptionist or anyone to greet you. Usually, one of us just looks up from a drawing when someone walks in the door. We’ve been at this spot for a while now. The rent keeps going up in this part of town, but we like being here because it’s central to everything. We spend a lot of time out on construction sites, so the office is sometimes empty during the middle of the day. We have a small coffee machine that we use constantly to keep us going. We don't follow any corporate rules or wear fancy clothes. We just work on our projects and try to make things look right for the space. Sometimes we disagree on designs and argue a bit about where a wall should go, but that’s just part of the process. It’s a small team of us who really care about what we’re building. We just want to do good work and keep our clients happy without all the drama. It works for us.
