Utilities

Utilities is located in Frazer Town, and even though the address says Mumbai, we are right here at 41458. It’s a simple setup we have. We don’t go in for anything flashy because that’s not really who we are. The office is just a room with some desks, a few old chairs, and a lot of folders. We handle various utility-related tasks, which basically means a lot of paperwork and making sure things are connected right. The neighborhood is a bit loud, especially in the mornings when everyone is heading to work. We usually start the day with a cup of tea and a look at the list of things that need to be done. It’s not the kind of job that makes the news, but it’s important to the people who need us. We have a few people on the team who have been here since the start. We don’t have a big website with professional photos. Most of our work comes from people who have known us for years or just walked in because they saw the sign. We try to be straightforward with everyone. If something can’t be done today, we say so. It’s a very practical way of living and working. We just focus on the task at hand and try to get home at a decent hour.
