Usp Integrated

Our office is in the USP Tower, which is at D.38 in the Rajajinagar Industrial Estate. This part of Bangalore is very different from the shiny IT parks you see in the news. It is gritty and productive. Usp Integrated is tucked away here among many other small factories and workshops. We have been in this building for quite a bit of time. The office is mostly functional. We have large tables for assembling things and a few computers for the paperwork side of the business. It can get quite loud during the day because of the other units in the estate, but we don't mind the noise. It feels like things are being built here. We have a small team of technicians who are really good at what they do, even if they aren't the types to wear ties or give speeches. We spend a lot of time troubleshooting and making sure systems are integrated correctly. Sometimes we stay late when a deadline is close, and we usually order some food from the local canteen. There is nothing fancy about our setup. It is just a workspace where we solve technical problems. We have some old filing cabinets that are overflowing and a calendar on the wall that is usually a month behind. We are just a local team working in an industrial heartland, doing our best to get the jobs done right without any unnecessary fuss or complicated corporate procedures.
