UNIVERSAL INSTRUMENTS CO. PVT LTD is based out of Peenya Industrial Area, specifically at 268/A, 1st Cross, IV Phase. Peenya is a massive place, and it can be easy to get lost if you don't know the cross streets well. We’ve been here long enough that the local tea stall owners know us by name. Our daily life revolves around various instruments and measuring tools. The building we’re in is practical and built for work, not for showing off. Inside, there’s usually a mix of packing crates and calibrated equipment waiting to be sent out. It’s a noisy neighborhood with all the factories nearby, but we don't mind it. We have a small group of people who handle the assembly and the testing. It’s very precise work, but we talk about it in simple terms. We don’t have a marketing team or a social media manager; we just answer the phone and help whoever is calling. Sometimes the rain makes the roads here a bit messy, but the work doesn't stop. We focus on the quality of the instruments rather than how the office looks. It’s a regular industrial job, and we’re happy to be part of the Peenya community. We just keep our heads down and make sure the instruments are ready for the customers. It’s a good way to earn a living and we take it seriously.
