Universal Freight Solutions is based right on Whitefield Main Road. We’re up on the 1st floor at number 21. It’s a busy area, lots of traffic and people always on the move. Whitefield has changed so much since we first set up here. It used to be quieter, but now there’s something happening every minute outside our window. Our office is a simple setup. We handle freight, which basically means we figure out how to get stuff between places. It’s not always easy, especially when there are traffic delays or missing paperwork. We have a few desks and some computers, and that’s about it. Most of our work involves talking to carriers and sorting out the various documents that come with shipping stuff. We aren't a giant company with fancy uniforms. We’re just a small crew that knows the business well enough to keep it running. The stairs up to the office can be a bit steep, but we don't mind much. We like being on the main road because it’s easy for people to drop by when they need to. We’ve seen plenty of other businesses come and go on this street. We just keep doing our thing, day in and day out. It’s a steady pace most of the time. We focus on the small details because that’s what makes the difference in this job. There’s always another shipment to track and another call to make before the day ends.
