Down in the Ambattur Industrial Estate, you'll find us at L-56. This is United Technology & Systems. Ambattur is a huge area for industry, and we are right in the middle of it. The estate is like a city of its own. There are hundreds of units like ours doing all sorts of technical work. Our place is pretty straightforward. We have a section for the systems work and a bit of space for the tools and tech we use. It’s not a polished showroom. It’s a working space where things get built and tested. The noise of the neighboring units is just a constant background hum. We’ve been in this L-56 spot for a long time now. The roof leaks a little bit when the monsoon hits hard, but we’ve got our buckets ready for that. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy lobby. We just want to get the systems working right for the people who rely on us. Most of the staff have been here for years, so we’re more like a small family than a corporate team. We eat lunch together and complain about the traffic on the way home. It’s a simple life, focused on the technology we handle every day. We just take one job at a time and do our best with it, hoping the power stays on and the orders keep coming.
