Jayanagar 4th T Block is a place where you always see people moving around. We are right here at number 1861 on the 11th A Main. It's a typical spot, nothing too fancy to look at from the outside. Most days start with a pile of boxes that need sorting and the sound of packing tape being pulled fast. It’s kind of a noisy place when things get busy. We spend a lot of time checking labels and making sure addresses are written clear enough to read. The 38th Cross is just a stone's throw away and the traffic there can be a real headache in the afternoons. Inside the shop, there’s usually a bit of dust and the smell of cardboard. We’ve got a couple of old desks and a computer that takes its time booting up in the morning. Sometimes the printer acts up and we just have to wait on it. People from the neighborhood drop in with all sorts of things they need to send out. Sometimes it's a small gift for a relative and other times it's just some documents. We don't have a big corporate lobby or anything like that. It is just a workspace where we get things done. You’ll probably see us drinking tea from the stall nearby around four o'clock. It’s just how it goes here. We have been in this part of Jayanagar for a while now and we know most of the regulars. It’s a simple operation, really.
