United Hardwares

Our shop, United Hardwares, is located at 36/10 in Basavanagudi. To be more specific, we are in the Adugodi 1st Cross area, near Ayappa Garden, and the building is called Pappu Cottage. It is a bit of a tucked-away spot, which makes it feel more like a local neighborhood shop than a big commercial store. We sell all the usual hardware stuff that people need for their homes. Things like nails, hinges, paints, and hand tools. The area around Ayappa Garden is quite nice, and having the shop in a place like Pappu Cottage gives it a bit of character that you don't find in modern shopping malls. We have been running things here for a while now. The space is a bit tight because we try to stock as much as possible, so you have to be careful not to knock anything over when you walk through the aisles. Most of our customers are people who live nearby or local contractors who need something quickly for a job they are doing in the neighborhood. We don't do any big advertising campaigns or anything. People usually just find us by word of mouth or by walking past while they are in the garden area. We spend our days chatting with the regulars and making sure we have enough stock of the basics. It is a simple, steady business and we like the quiet feel of this part of town.
