United Construction Equipments

We are located at 306, H.J. House, which is right near the Maninagar Police Station in the Rambaug area. Having the police station so close is actually a good thing because it makes it very easy to give people directions to our place. Maninagar is a really active part of the city and there is always something happening on the streets outside. Our building, H.J. House, has been around for a long time and it is a solid place to work from even if it isn't the most modern building in the neighborhood. Since we deal with construction equipment, things tend to get a bit dusty around the office. We often have people coming in straight from work sites with dirt on their shoes, but that is just part of the business and we don't really mind it. The office is up on the third floor and we usually take the stairs because the elevator won't work right sometimes. Inside, we have a simple setup with a few desks and many stacks of catalogs and equipment manuals piled up in the corners. It can get quite warm in the afternoons, so we usually keep the ceiling fans running at full speed to keep the air moving. When the traffic gets heavy at the junction near the police station, the noise can be quite loud, but we are used to it. Most of the other business owners around Rambaug know us well since we have been here for a while. It is a good, central location that makes it easy for us to reach different parts of the city.
