We’re located at 320/3 in Bommanahalli, just off Hosur Road. It’s a busy part of town, especially with all the trucks moving along the main road at all hours. Our facility is where we make various kinds of brushes and handle the raw bristles used for manufacturing. It’s a practical setup, nothing fancy to look at from the outside of the building. Inside, you’ll find machines, stacks of wood or plastic for handles, and boxes ready for shipping out. We’ve been doing this for a while and we know the trade pretty well. There’s always a bit of a mess on the floor from the manufacturing process, but we try to clean it up at the end of every day. We don't really have a big office team; most of us are on the floor getting things made and checking the machines. We have a small break room where we drink tea and talk about the news or what's going on in the neighborhood. The work can be repetitive, but it’s steady and keeps us busy. We focus on getting the orders out on time so people don’t have to wait for their shipments. We don’t use any big words or fancy language to describe what we do here. We just make brushes. Sometimes the power goes out, and we have to wait for the backup generator to kick in. It’s just part of working here.
